COMMUNITY BUILDING

We believe every family facing the unimaginable should have access to a trusted pediatric palliative care home — and that starts with supporting the people and communities working to build them.
Through our Community Building work, we focus on identifying, equipping, and connecting the leaders who are turning vision into reality. This is the heart of our flagship program:
Children’s Respite Homes of America (CRHA)
CRHA is the national movement for advancing freestanding, community-based pediatric palliative care homes. It offers technical assistance, peer collaboration, and strategic tools for local leaders who are navigating this work for the first time — or who are ready to take the next step.
Together, we are transforming isolated local efforts into a unified national field — and helping every home find its place in the larger care continuum.
